Parties, scope and customer responsibilities require legal review.

Manual invoice/bank transfer, 7-day due date, activation after payment, one-month monthly term and 12 months for the price of 10 annually; full refund within 14 days, no later pro-rata refund for unused time. Cancellation stops the next period; paid access continues to period end. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

An issued invoice is not automatically deleted. The applicable refund/correction document follows accounting rules. Final wording requires legal and accountant review.
